My experience at BJ's has been exceptional as it allows me to interact with both customers and employees. Maintaining a balance between providing good service to both sides is not an easy task, but thanks to the responsibility and dedication of the entire BJ's team, it is possible to achieve it day after day. I really enjoy this type of work, as every day is a new adventure and challenge, and at the end of the day I feel satisfied that I have achieved success once again.
