This is what causes and supports the feeling of validity that helps solidify your experience as part of something. And BJ's has the specialty of making you feel part of something, I define that something as family.

I have never worked in a company that provided so many resources to achieve short and long-term goals. Where the goal is not profit, but service.

I think the biggest challenge for me was structuring a work team for a new stage of growth without losing the family character since its foundation in 1998.

I can't imagine my life without BJ's because I am already part of BJ's.
